JaxParks Eggstravaganza, April 1, 1:00 pm – 4:00 pm | Egg hunt, face painting, games and more at Henry J Klutho Park in Springfield. Brought to you by City of Jacksonville Parks, Recreation, and Community Services.

FBC Jacksonville Eggstravaganza, Saturday, April 1, 11 am -1 pm | First Baptist Church hosts an Eggstravaganza at their South Campus.  There will be egg hunts for all age groups, games, bounce houses, arts & crafts, a food truck and more. You may bring a picnic lunch or purchase lunch at one of the food trucks. Free, but sign up online so they know how many to expect.

Mad Hatter’s Easter Festival, Saturday, April 1, 11:00 am – 4:00 pm | Hop on over to Riverside Park for the Mad Hatter’s Easter Festival. Enjoy free games, activities, refreshments and tea with the Hatter and Alice (While they last). Shop with our wonderful vendors who are guaranteed to have something for everyone. This is the perfect time to grab those Easter or Mothers Day Gifts!!  This is a free event. Registration is required to participate in games & activities Including egg hunt. Armbands will be given to registered participants. Registration opens up March 4.

Palencia Easter Egg Hunt, Saturday, April 8, 11:00 am – 2:00 pm | Easter Egg Hunt with 30,000 EGGS!!! Food trucks, Easter Bunny, face painting, and more! Register on the website to be entered to win a free food truck voucher! Egg hunt starts at noon.

Sweet Pete’s Annual Easter Bash, April 9, 11:00 am – 3:00 pm | Sweet Pete’s Candy in downtown Jacksonville is excited to announce this year’s Easter Bash right in front of our beautiful downtown candy mansion at 400 North Hogan Street. This FREE event will take place Sunday, April 9th from 11 am to 3 pm and will be replacing the easter bash we have done for the last two years with Hemming Park.

Safari EGGscursion at the Jacksonville Zoo, Saturday, April 15, 10 am – 1 pm | Join us for our annual spring event, Eggscursion. This year’s hunt will be a LEGO Egg Scavenger Hunt. Guests will traverse the Zoo looking for hidden LEGO eggs throughout the park. Participants that register their guess with the correct number of eggs found will be eligible to win the Grand Prize! We will have bounce houses, photo ops, games and crafts and goodie bags on the Great Lawn.

City of Jacksonville Beach Easter Egg Hunt at Sunshine Park, April 15, 10:00 am | Join the City of Jacksonville Beach at Sunshine Park for the Annual Easter Egg Hunt! The Egg Hunt is open to participants up to age 8. Please bring a basket or bag to carry your eggs.

Candy-Free Easter Egg Hunt, April 15, 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm | Healthy Halloween Jax has teamed up with the Food Allergy Families of Northeast Florida to create a safe Easter event for children who are not able to participate because there’s always FOOD ALLERGENS around. Adventure Landing Easter Egg Hunt, SaturdayApril 15, 10 am -2 pm | Join us for our 22nd Annual Easter Egg Hunts on the Mini Golf Courses with a visit by the Easter Bunny! St. Mary’s Railroad Peter Cottontail Express, Saturdays, April 8 & 15 | Various Times: St. Mary’s Express takes passengers on a journey through picturesque woodlands and marshlands with entertainment all along the way. At the Midway stage, actors from St. Mary’s Little Theatre bring a fun Easter Bunny story to life with lovable characters including Peter Cottontail himself. As the train’s locomotive reverses directions, Peter Cottontail boards the train for the return trip and to host a special Easter Egg hunt back at the station.

Easter in the Park at Jarboe Park in Neptune Beach, Friday, April 14, 10 am – 12 pm | Egg hunt, a visit by the Easter Bunny, face painting, bouncy houses, train rides and many other fun and exciting activities!

6th Annual Easter Egg Roll and Egg Hunt in St. Marys, Saturday, April 15, 12:30 – 3:00 pm | Bring your Easter basket and camera for a fun day set in the Little White House grounds. The 3-5-year-old group will begin at 1:00 p.m. The 6-8-year-old group will begin at 1:30 p.m. The 9-11-year-old group will begin at 2:00 p.m. Following the Easter egg hunt, children can participate in an authentic Easter Egg Roll similar to that held on the White House lawn in Washington, D.C. 2:30 p.m.

Easter at Topgolf, April 16, 9:00 am – 11:00 am | Families are invited to Topgolf for Easter activities.  For children 12 and under, the $5 ticket includes entrance into the party, pictures with the Easter Bunny, Easter Egg activities, Easter-themed crafts and other local activities.  $5/child. The Egg Hunt & Marketplace at Congaree and Penn, April 16, 1:00 – 5:00 pm | Hip hop hooray! Congaree and Penn is excited to host its first annual Egg Hunt and Marketplace on Sunday, April 16th from 1:00-5:00. Bring the kids for a free egg hunt*! The hunt is on at 2:30 for hundreds of eggs waiting to be found. A lucky few just might discover a golden egg! Christ’s Church Fleming Island Egg Hunt, April 8 | 10:00 am – 11:30 am | For children: Toddler – Elementary Aged. Anthem Lakes Easter Egg Hunt, April 8, 12:00 pm – 2:00 pm |  Balloon art, egg hunts, prizes, pictures with the Easter bunny and face painting; located at Anthem Lakes–905 Assisi Lane in Atlantic Beach.

Easter Egg Hunt at Eastside Community Church, April 8, 10:00 – 2:00 pm | Join us for our Easter Community Event at Eastside Community Church located at 13301 Beach Blvd next to the Pablo Creek Regional Library. We will have a raffle of 3 large Easter baskets, face painting, a huge inflatable slide and obstacle course, both Field and Station games, game prizes, free food and drinks and an Egg Hunt with 3,000 filled eggs (separate age-group sections) and more.

Harmony Community Church ‎Easter Egg Hunt, April 8, 2:00 pm – 2:30 pm | Grab your buckets and Easter baskets! Over 1500 eggs to be found! Will you find the $10 money egg or will you end up with all types of good candies and treats? Join us to find out. Ages limited from toddler to 13, with a separate area for those up to 4 years of age. While you join us for the egg hunt, don’t forget to pre-register for VBS! It’s going to be out of this world!!

Mandarin Presbyterian Community Easter Party, April 9, 2:30 pm – 5:00 pm | Hosted by the children’s ministry here at MPC, Sunday, April 9 (Palm Sunday) from 2:30 – 5:00 pm on the Loretto Road Campus. For all ages of children from nursery age through 5th grade. Pony rides, Petting Zoo, Bouncy things, Crafts, Cookie Decorating, Snow Cones and not one but two big egg hunts (first one is at 3:30 and the second is at 4:30). Invite your friends, neighbors for one of the largest Easter parties in the area.

Southside United Methodist Church Egg Hunt and Covered Dish Dinner, April 9 | 4:00 p.m.-6:00 p.m. – Join Southside Methodist Church for an afternoon of springtime FUN with an Easter Egg Hunt and Covered Dish Dinner! Over 1000 eggs will be hidden for this family-friendly event, plus a visit from the Easter bunny and Easter Storytime!

Easter Celebration at Arlington Community Academy, Sunday, April 9, 3:00 pm – 6:00 pm | Free Easter dinner and family play day! Tour the new school, enjoy dinner, an egg hunt, crafts for the kids, and learn how you can enroll your child in the new Arlington Community Academy.

Murray Hill United Methodist Church Egg Hunt, April 15 | 10 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. The community is invited to this event that will include stories, crafts, and of course, hunting for Easter Eggs!

SCC Kids Easter Egg Hunt, April 15, 10:00 amJoin us for the SCCkids Family Egg Hunt Saturday, April 15  from 10 AM-12:00 PM. We will have an egg hunt for ALL age groups through 5th grade. There will be a bounce house, obstacle course, ‘yard’ games, sweet treats and lots of fun! Egg Hunts will begin at 10:30 AM for kindergarten and younger with Egg Hunts for 1st-5th-grade (which include ‘golden prize’ eggs) at 11:00 AM. 

Avondale United Methodist Church Easter Egg Hunt, Saturday, April 15 | 10 am – 12 pm: Avondale Unite Methodist Church hosts their Community Easter Egg Hunt at Boone Park.

Moosehaven Egg Hunt, April 15, 10:00 am – 1:00 pm | As part of the Heart of the Community Events, Moosehaven provides a safe and enjoyable Easter tradition.  Each Saturday prior to Easter Sunday, over 18,000 eggs are hidden as part of our annual Easter Egg hunt. This free event provides an Easter Egg Hunt for various age groups along with: face painting, train rides, bounce houses, petting zoo, pony rides, and more! All is free, the only charge is for concessions. Concessions include hotdog and hamburger meals. Hope to see you there!

Big Egg Event at Fruit Cove Middle School, April 15, 10:00 am – 12:00 pm | Join us for a Free Egg Hunt at Fruit Cove Middle School with The Crossing Church, Saturday April 15!
10 a.m. to 12 p.m. – 3 egg hunts throughout the morning, divided by age groups. Face painting, music, bounce house and shaved ice. Proceeds from the shaved ice truck will go back to help those in need in St. John’s County.

Easter Fun Fest at Celebration Church!, Sunday, April 16 | 5:30 pm – 8:00 pm
Come celebrate Easter at Celebration Church! There will be Easter Egg hunts during the 5:30 pm service for all preschool and elementary kids, as well as an Easter Fun Fest after the 5:30 pm service for everyone! Event will include bounce houses, cotton candy, popcorn, Hawaiian Ice food trucks, carnival games and prizes, a DJ, and more! Everything is free for the family to enjoy. Event will be held at the Orange Park and Midtown Deerwood campus during the 5:30 pm services.

Crosswater Community Church Easter Egg Hunt, Saturday, April 15, 9:30 am – 11:30 am | Crosswater Community Church hosts a community Easter Egg Hunt.

Eggstravaganza! Epoch Church of Jacksonville, Saturday, April 15, 11:00 am – 1:00 pm | Come and bring your family and friends to our EGGSTRAVAGANZA! Have the kids search for the special golden eggs on a 7-acre field, enjoy the live music by Jacksonville’s own “Lifesong”, enjoy the face-painting and games, and have some lunch on us! *Children are encouraged to bring their own baskets for the Egg-Hunt*

Chets Creek Church Easter Eggstravaganza – Nocatee Campus, Saturday, April 15, 10:00 am – 12 pm | Our Easter Eggstravaganza is a free community-wide event for families. Come enjoy egg hunts for different ages, inflatables, food, games, crafts, face-painting, and more!

Easter Egg Hunt at Destination Church, Saturday, April 15, 11:00 am – 2:00 pm | This FREE event, by Destination Church, is for kids 12 and under and will feature kids’ play zones that will cater to both younger pre-schoolers and the older children as well, which include bounce houses, games, face painting ,and other activities. There will also be some of our local Jacksonville Food Trucks on site for various lunch options purchases. The event will run from 11:00 am – 2:00 pm with the egg drops starting at 12:00 pm. There will be multiple drops based on the age groups. The age group drop times will be announced during registration. Pre-Register now and avoid the long line!

Family Day and Children’s Easter Egg Hunt, April 15, 11:00 am – 12:00 pm | Join Crown Point Baptist Church on Saturday, April 15th for their annual Family Day and Children’s Easter Egg Hunt. Hear the Easter story as presented by Pastor Jerry, followed with music and games all before the children head to the hunting grounds. Every child will have a bag of Easter treats to take home. Following the egg hunt, the children will enjoy jumping in the bounce houses, hula hoops and balloons.  Free and open to the community. Be sure to register your family for an Easter gift.

Not an Egg Hunt but Noteworthy Events:

St. Augustine Easter Parade, Sunday, April 16, 3 pm | The annual St. Augustine Easter Parade features marching bands, floats, drill teams, clowns, the Easter Bunny, the Royal Family and more. The parade begins at 3pm at the Mission of Nombre de Dios and winds through downtown St. Augustine.

Babies R Us Baby’s First Easter, March 25, 11:00 am – 12:00 pm | Come celebrate with us in store! Bring your little bunny in for fun, free activities, including crafts, ideas for creating Baby’s First Easter basket, giveaways and photo-ops! Reservations preferred, but walk-ins are always welcome.

Photos with the Easter Bunny, TBA: Bring the entire family to pose with the Easter Bunny at The Avenues mall. Reserve your appointment for a photo with the fluffy one ahead of time.

    We Rock the Spectrum Kids Gym is havin a sensory-friendly meet and greet with the bunny and Easter Egg hunt, for those kids who need more time to warm up to him! The gym is closed to those who RSVP- to ensure ample time and space for everyone!
