2ND COURSE – Bangers and Mash: Irish sausages, garlic mashed potatoes, and brown onion gravy

3RD COURSE – Corned Beef and Sauteed Cabbage: brined and slow roasted beef served with cabbage sauteed with onions and stout beer.

4TH COURSE – Chocolate Stout Cupcake with Irish Cream Frosting
