This clinic is designed to introduce beginning foundations and techniques in order to become a better climber. The focus is balance, resting, movement, and footwork. What happens if I let go with my right hand? Left hand? What’s the deal with flagging, smearing, and turning? Why do I have so much harder of a time on overhangs, but not flat vertical walls? This clinic will answer these questions and more!
The clinic is split with 25 minutes dedicated to roped climbing techniques, 25 minutes to bouldering techniques, and 10 minutes at the end for questions.
