This series is a fully inclusive course for learning how to give birth in a natural and healthy way. You and your partner/coach will practice coping and comfort strategies along with breathing and relaxation techniques for labor. The course includes an overview of pre and post pregnancy, the labor process, pain management, cesarean birth, postpartum care, newborn characteristics and a labor rehearsal.
Expectant parents are encouraged to register for classes early, as space is limited.
What to Bring
Please bring pillows and a yoga mat, as you will be practicing on the floor.
