Labor is physically and emotionally challenging. This class will enhance what you have learned in Childbirth Preparation > and give you and your coach more time to practice positions, comfort techniques, relaxation and breathing.
Expectant parents are encouraged to complete classes between the 32nd to 37th weeks so register early, as space is limited.
What to Bring
Please bring pillows and a yoga mat, as you will be practicing on the floor.
