Jax Stroller StrengthTM lets moms workout with their kids and gives them a chance to connect with other mothers. Bootcamp style classes are offered every day of the week at the Beaches, Mandarin, Riverside and Nocatee locations. All classes are catered to the individual so everyone is welcome including expectant moms! These woman do more than just sweat together, they play together! There are special events like mom’s night out and yoga on the beach. Jax Stroller Strength is more than just an exercise class. It is a community of mothers who support and encourage each other through the most precious (and trying) time of life as parents. There’s not other fitness class like a Zumba fitness. Are you ready to party yourself into shape? That’s exactly what the Zumba program is all about. It’s an exhilarating, effective Latin-inspired, calorie-burning dance fitness party that’s moving people towards joy and health. For one hour the lights go down and your energy goes up as you dance away those calories! Classes are offered mornings as well as evenings.
Zumba Jenni also offers Barre on Beach–a fast-paced workout that will give you long and lean muscles of a dancer, lift and firm your seat, slim down thighs, define arms and flatten abs.

FIT4MOM is dedicated to the Strength In Motherhood. By providing classes and support for moms in every stage of motherhood. Through Fit4Baby’s prenatal fitness classes, Stroller Strides, Body Back, and Our Village, women have the opportunity to have a workout and support that is flexible around motherhood.
