Native Sun Rises in Jax Beach!

Everyone loves the beach with its endless stretches of warm sand and stunning sunsets. Come tomorrow there will be another reason to love it even more… the GRAND OPENING OF NATIVE SUN in JAX BEACH!! Skeptics may question that statement claiming this is just another grocery store. As a frequent flyer at most stores (sometimes twice a day when I forget to buy that one item on my list that prompted the entire trip), this is anything but your usual grocery store. This is one you will want to visit. This is one you will want to support because this store was built just for you!

Below are the Top 3 Reasons Native Sun will soon be your favorite store!

1. Affordable All You Can Eat Organics

The second you become a mother, you want the best for your children and food is no exception. Typically organic (chemical-free) and unaltered (non-GMO) foods can be more expensive. Enter Native Sun’s owner Aaron Gottlieb. He is Jacksonville’s original pioneer of organic markets with an unmatched passion for bringing the best to his customers.

Since the beginning of Native Sun fifteen years ago, Aaron has created partners with national and local companies to bring us the most affordable organic foods and products. He is equally passionate about the quality of food he sells as he is committed to it being priced right. Native Sun’s pricing is at the very least competitive if not the leader from organic milk to cleaning supplies.

2. The Deli of All Delis

Native Sun out did themselves with this deli. After researching favorite foods at their other two stores, they have created a two-page menu full of drool-worthy options for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Native Sun knew you wouldn’t want to leave this happy place, so it created an inviting dining area. Inside up to 50 people can hang out in booths and tables equipped with outlets in case you need a working lunch. And if you want to soak up the sun, you can grab a seat at the outdoor tables.

There will be a full hot breakfast bar in the mornings and hot lunch and dinner items in the afternoon/evenings. The Grab and Go section is sure to become a high traffic spot. Whether you are hungry from a day at the beach or in a hurry, these refrigerated shelves house pre-packaged goodies. From their famous curried chicken salad to favorite local bites by Shakti, it has never been easier to find something delicious, satisfying and healthy!

3. Local Pride

One of the biggest things that sets Native Sun apart is its love of all things local. Native Sun wants to promote all the great foods and products available from our area. Many of the organic produce comes from small regional farms making it fresh and maximizing its nutrient content–more like the things you find at a farmer’s market than a grocery store. It’s no accident that the coffee served at the cafe is Bold Bean because they too are born and raised in Jacksonville (and might I add the best cup in town!). The meat department includes fresh cuts (in addition to the packaged meats) from White Oak, a grass-fed beef farm in nearby Georgia. Native Sun is serious about supporting the community it serves.

For Aaron, every store is a dream come true and it’s easy for a shopper to feel the same way. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The layout is convenient and logical. And the best part is the attention to detail and customer service is just beginning when the doors officially open on Saturday. There are plans in the works for pre-purchased food orders. A mere click of a button will allow you to pay online and walk in and out with your favorite foods in no time. Don’t miss all the Grand Opening specials and swag.

Welcome to the neighborhood, Native Sun, we are so happy you are here!
