The concept was born of a partnership between Loop Restaurants’ Terry Schneider and daughter Hillary Tuttle, owner of Stellers Gallery Ponte Vedra. Seeking to merge the local arts and business connection in the newest Loop Restaurant, the two developed a creative design plan with members of the local art and design community. The interior design prototype was created by Rebecca Davisson of Designminds, LLC; Matthew Stidham, a new young artist and photographer, created etchings of favorite Loop menu items; and the blank canvas of the warehouse-style space were then filled with huge, industrial design-minded murals by local artist Steve Williams and his assistant Kyle Cannon. Champions Rainbow Rec Gymnastics Program is structured to follow USA Gymnastics guidelines and is designed to provide each child with top quality learning experience in a safe and loving environment. We offer levels for the first timer all the way up to the most advanced gymnast. Classes are offered for boys ages 3-7 and girls ages 3-14. El Jefe is an affordable and casual Tex-Mex concept dedicated to celebrating the diverse cuisines of America’s Southern borderlands. The menu includes classics like wood-grilled skirt steak fajitas, cheese enchiladas with red chili gravy, San Antonio puffy tacos, Texas-style chili con queso, queso fundido with hot homemade flour tortillas, and traditional tamales. The restaurant also has a full bar with a focus on traditional margaritas, tequila and mescal. Everything is made from scratch, from the tortillas to the margaritas. At The Mini Bar, our donuts are about a third of the size of a regular donut. This means you get to try more flavors each visit!  Our donuts are made to order, so you’ll always receive a hot donut in the store. Unlike other donut shops, our hot sign is always on. We will have a set menu of  16 flavors. Some examples include fruity pebbles, samoa, pop tart, maple bacon, and coffee cake

One of our goals with The Mini Bar is to partner with as many local businesses as possible. What’s a donut without really good coffee? We are very excited about partnering with Bold Bean Coffee Roasters for our coffee program. We will be serving a variety of coffee and espresso drinks, and will be making all of the syrups in house.  We have also partnered with local candy shop, Sweet Pete’s, and will have a donut on our menu featuring their famous sea salt caramel popcorn and caramel sauce.
