Episcopal Children’s Services offers the Early Head Start and Head Start Programs. Early Head Start is for pregnant mothers and children birth to 3. Head Start is for children ages 3 to 5. The programs are free for children of families with low incomes. It provides early learning in home-based or center-based settings.
