She left corporate in 2007 after a near-death experience with the birth of her first daughter, which altered the course of her life. From there, she began to study integrative and holistic health, functional medicine, detoxification, yoga, breath, work, meditation, energy, work, and feminine archetypes. She brings her experience to create amazing Events, Retreats, and coaching programs.

Alive CU provides free financial literacy tools available on their website under youth & teens. Every Fall they provide a free 6 week virtual Financial Literacy Bootcamp geared towards middle-high school aged students covering a range of topics from basic checking account skills, to the importance of savings, a deep dive into credit, and all the way up to investing and retirement. For the moms, Alive provides free one-on-one Financial Wellness Coaching with an accredited financial counselor who guides and supports you no matter where you are on your financial wellness journey. Recently, Alive partnered with High School 9:12 and Communities in Schools bringing the Financial Literacy Bootcamp to children in need during the Communities in Schools Summer Camps!
