The Town of Orange Park Farmer’s and Arts’ Market was created in September 2012. The market is run by The Town of Orange Park Events and Recreation Division. We have grown tremendously since our opening day. We now have over 100 vendors on a regular basis that offer a variety of homemade and homegrown products from local merchants, live entertainment, food on-site, and a great family atmosphere!

When is the market held? The market is held on most 1st and 3rd Sunday’s of each month from 11am-4pm. Some Sunday’s we’re closed due to special events or holidays. Our season runs from September through May and we are closed June, July, and August.

Where is the market located? The market is located on the busy corner of US17 and Kingsley Ave. 2042 Park Ave, Orange Park, FL 32073. This is an outdoor market and sometimes due to inclement weather the market may be closed. Just look for the large yellow signs!

What can you expect to find at the market? We offer a huge variety of quality handmade and homegrown items. You will find nearly anything your heart desires from locally grown honey, cupcakes, pies, salsa, granola, plants, produce, raw milk, eggs, cheeses, hand crafted jewelry, bird houses, pottery pieces, didgeridoos, soaps, and many many more handcrafted items!

14080 Normandy Blvd, Jacksonville, FL 32221, United States

Urban Folk Farm is a new farm on the southwest corner of Jacksonville located near the Equestrian Center. We are two city folks from Miami who want to provide naturally grown, great tasting, and healthy food to the Jacksonville community.

The fall of 2014 was our first planting season. This year, we are planting several varieties of bok choy, brussel sprouts, cauliflower, and lettuce, carrots, beets and many more delicious vegetables. Not only are we planting on our fields, but part of Urban Folk Farm is also dedicated to small scale permaculture; we’ve got veggies growing all over! We have small orchard of young fruit and nut trees. Currently, we have a few free range chickens, but our girls don’t venture too far from their coop because of the hawks in the pine scrub that surrounds our farm. We have a limited amount of eggs for sale.

We look forward to meeting you all at the local farmers markets, but in the meantime feel free to give us a call, or stop by and hangout for a bit in our little piece of paradise!

Congaree and Penn logo
11830 Old Kings Rd, Jacksonville, Florida 32219, USA

Born in 2014, Congaree and Penn began as a tiny rice farm. Since then, we’ve grown from four acres of rice paddies into a thriving farm of orchards, you pick vines and fields, and home to thousands of honeybees and fancy chickens. Congaree and Penn boast the largest (and youngest) Mayhaw orchard in the world, after planting over 5,000 trees throughout the past few years. Native to the South, this fruit-bearing tree has inspired us to seek out and plant other native and hearty Southern species.

In 2016, Congaree and Penn began juicing seasonal fruit from local farms to produce shrubs, our nod to a Colonial-era pastime. As we expand our orchard and pressing and milling operations, Congaree and Penn continue to innovate and introduce new produce and products.

We also fancy the farm as a stunning destination for weddings, farm dinners, tours, and workshops.

Jacksonville, FL, USA

We are a homeschooling family of seven with a small goat farm, who loves to be outdoors, in the forest, in the garden, on the water or out with our animals… we’re happiest outside in the beautiful Florida sunshine!

After years of people asking us to come and visit the farm, we decided to start an organized homeschool group, but it turned into a lot more than that! Almost a year later and we are running Homeschool groups, Preschool groups, Family Farm Days, and Camps. We continue adding new programs all the time – all at the request of interested families!

We are so happy to be able to share what we have with everyone! Providing a place to learn about, nurture and connect with animals that aren’t seen in most people’s everyday life. Come and spend some time with us and experience a little of what it’s like to be a Farmer for a Day!

I am a local artist. I give Jagua Temporary Tattoos. Jagua is a fruit native to South America. When turned into a powder, it can be mixed with water and essential oil (I use Eucalyptus) to create an all natural ink. The ink goes on like a gel, dries and peels off, leaving you with a stain “tattoo.” Typically, the tattoo will last 2 weeks. I am a vendor at Riverside Arts Market and First Coasts Arts Market located at Things Very Special. The tattoos are available and can be booked at both markets. I can also be contacted by email or through my Facebook page.

We believe that technology is advancing so rapidly that many people and businesses are left behind because they lack the knowledge and the resources to participate.

The answer, the solution… for us to not only survive but to thrive is found in a Collaborative and Responsible Tribe where people care for and support one another.

This is our platform where we collaborate. Combine our efforts and energy so that we can help others get what they want. We get what we want. And make the world a better place in the process.

We keep more resources in the community to better our schools, homes, businesses, people, and families.
